• Think strategically about what your goal is and what your strategy is to get there.
  • Think about catching the recipient early. Do you have a subject heading that attracts attention? Is your content interesting enough for the person you are sending to?
  • Check out the statistics! Take some time to compare previous mailings. So why did so many people open the letter? What was different about that particular mailing?
  • Use a credible and established email client to protect personal data and your design.
  • Do not think sell in the first place. Try to give the recipients space to realize that they need your product or service.
