To find the right customers, your company’s communication needs to be clear and explanatory. The technical solution should be easy to understand and its scope and benefits clear. It should be immediately clear who the right customers are and why they need Fogmaker.
The assignment started with finding a new way to present Fogmaker’s segments, to clarify the product. We then worked out the right tone of voice in both visual and textual language, to end up with an easy-to-navigate, clear and modern website.
The collaboration was characterized by the companies’ respective expertise: Fogmaker with its technical expertise and market knowledge, Frosting with its ability to challenge and present new ideas for how the product can be communicated. All the time with frequent check-ins during the project.
For the launch of fogmaker.com in December 2022, we trained representatives from Fogmaker so that they could update the site themselves on an ongoing basis.
