By accessing frosting.se (the “Website”), you agree to the terms of this policy for the processing of personal data and cookies in connection with your use of the Website.

3. processing of personal data in the context of direct marketing

Frosting collects personal data to share news and tips with people interested in marketing and communications. The legal basis for this is the balance of interests. We consider that, based on your professional role or involvement, you have an interest in receiving information from us which, in this case, outweighs your interest in protecting your personal data.

Personal data is recorded in the form of names, companies and email addresses and has been collected in the following ways:

– data owners have indicated that they wish to receive Frosting’s mailings
– the data owner is or has been a customer of Frosting or has participated in one of Frosting’s events
– an employee of Frosting has identified the data owner as a person of interest and put their email address on the mailing list.

Frosting stores the data until the data owners notify that they do not want to receive mailings anymore, or if the balance of interests is no longer justified. We carry out an annual cull where we delete personal data that is no longer relevant.

4. intellectual property rights

All material on the website, including texts, images, trademarks, design and graphic profiles are the property of Frosting or our partners. Any use, beyond that required to use the website, or copying by you as a user requires Frosting’s written authorization.

Frosting Kommunikationsbyrå AB takes no responsibility for or guarantees the quality, functionality or availability of the website or its content. In cases where we refer to third parties, we are also not responsible for the material or content on the third party’s website.

6. applicable law

In the event of any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions, Swedish law shall apply with the exception of its conflict of law rules, with the district court as the first court of jurisdiction.
