Bünsow Business Growth Forum is a national growth arena focusing on northern Sweden, where innovators and entrepreneurs meet key people from business, the public sector, academia and politics. The program mixes lectures, talks and activities with the aim of creating growth and stimulating new thinking and new business.

The event was organized for the first time in 2019 – and Frosting was there from the start. The mission was to build a brand that exuded authority right from the start. For the fourth sold-out edition of the Bünsow Business Growth Forum, in October 2022, communication was further developed to tie together the many elements of the event – from website and newsletter to floor stickers, name badges and signs. Frosting also produced program sheets, menus, business cards, print ads and graphics for the displays during the event.

The logo is a golden profile of Fredrik Bünsow, the businessman who gave the event its name. The basis of the visual identity is a shiny copper pattern that is found in the majority of communications.

The 2022 project was run with frequent coordination between the Bünsow organizing team and Frosting, with a combination of careful scheduling and openness to the changing nature of event planning. There is a lot to get right and the work usually goes on right up to the opening speech.

Bünsow Business Growth Forum was founded by Bengt-Göran Persson, who is also behind Åre Business Forum. Speakers at Bünsow over the years include Hélène Barnekow, CEO Microsoft Sweden, Peter Carlsson, CEO Northvolt, Fredrik Reinfeldt, former Prime Minister, and Annika Winsth, Chief Economist Nordea.
